About

Games & Circuits (Alternating Weekly Sessions)

Our alternating Games and Circuit Weeks offer a dynamic mix of fun, movement, and meaningful progress for people with disabilities. These sessions are run in a supportive, small-group environment and are designed to build both physical and social confidence.

?? Circuit Weeks focus on structured strength, cardio, and movement stations. Each activity is adapted to suit individual needs while encouraging growth in fitness, coordination, and routine-following.

?? Games Weeks are all about energy and fun! We use inclusive, adapted games that promote teamwork, communication, and functional movement — helping participants apply their physical skills in a playful, motivating environment.

Measurements & Progress Days (Every 13 Weeks)

Every 13 weeks, we run an optional Measurements Day to track individual progress in a non-competitive and encouraging way. These sessions are valuable for:

  • Personal goal-setting

  • Showing measurable progress to support NDIS reporting

  • Boosting confidence by celebrating achievements

We track movement and mobility-based data such as:

  • Jump height and distance

  • Beep test (or adapted cardio challenge)

  • Ball throws (distance and/or accuracy)

  • Mobility and flexibility checks

Participants are supported at their own pace, and results are only shared if requested — the focus is always on growth, not comparison.

? NDIS-friendly under Core and Capacity Building categories
? Inclusive for all abilities, ages, and support needs
