About

Inclusive Boxing Sessions

Our boxing sessions offer a safe, supportive, and fun way for people with disabilities to build strength, fitness, confidence, and emotional regulation. These are sessions focused on technique, movement, and controlled combinations using pads, gloves, and bodyweight exercises.

Boxing is a great outlet for energy and emotions, helping participants improve their focus, coordination, and self-discipline, all while having a blast. We use consistent routines, simple instructions, and sensory-friendly setups to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included.

Participants learn real boxing skills at their own pace, whether they’re total beginners or looking to progress. We often see huge gains in self-esteem as participants master new techniques and realise how strong they really are — inside and out.
