Marjorie – a STOTT Certified Pilates instructor and Yoga teacher will guide you through a prenatal program from the De Gasquet method:

 

This is a safe program that you can practice during your entire pregnancy

 

  • Pelvic floor awareness for healthy pregnancy and birth
  • Prevention of diastasis
  • Prevention and tools to release sciatica, pubic symphysis, pelvic pain, hip pain
  • Better awareness of your posture and breath
  • Relieve symptom such as heartburn, digestion issue, hemorrhoids, blood circulation, and heavy legs
  • Learning about labour postures
  • Tools for a faster postpartum recovery
  • Help to have a healthier pregnancy and create space for your baby
