Referral for one on one, face to face or telehealth initial or follow up consultations with an Exercise Physiologist.

Focusing on health prevention and chronic disease management. 

Assessing, prescribing and providing education around physical activity, exercise and behaviour change for improved health and wellbeing, functional capacity and quality of life.
