Monday 5.45am Box Fit:-  Improve your cardiovascular endurance with boxing for fitness techniques, whilst improving your strength through body weight based strength exercises. Perfect for all goals and abilities.

Tuesday 5.30am Circuit 45:- Circuit 45 is a 45 minute circuit class of Moderate to High Intensity. Be prepared to get a sweat on & a big calorie burn!

Wednesday 5.30am Functional 45:- A well rounded class for all goals and abilities covering strength and cardiovascular exercises.

Thursday 5.30am Pump It:- Weights Class is a well-rounded strength training class to improve muscle mass density & strength, combined with aerobic exercise to improve your fitness, flexibility & balance.
