Art and Yoga Retreat

A nurturing day of yoga and art-making in the gorgeous rolling hills of Camp Mountain. Camille will lead us though an energising and stretchy morning yoga session followed by a relaxing wind-down to conclude the day. We all have different relationships to our creativity. Cath will assist us to get out of our own way and connect to our unique ability to express ourselves artistically. Silence that inner critic and just have a go! There will be two art tuition sessions, one before and one after lunch. A delicious nutritious vegetarian lunch will be provided with gluten- and dairy-free options available. Cost of $195 includes all tuition, art materials and lunch. BYO yoga gear for optimal comfort and support (mat, blanket).
