Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music plus upbeat world rhythms, this Latin-inspired dance workout feels more like a dance party than a workout. Zumba is a mix of low and high intensity moves giving you an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness workout. Each track is pre-choreographed, but you don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in this class.
