Celebrating all things in line with a German beer festival with an outback Queensland twist. You'll find German music, foods (like German sausages, ham hocks, sauerkraut) and steins of beer but with a distinctly Outback Queensland style. Building on the history of German immigrants contribution to Winton - they were involved in the sheep industry, opal mining and building and construction.
