Join the class and get ready to learn. Leigh Eldredge takes students through a mini Wine Appreciation course, which he taught at TAFE for over 10 years. His knowledge and passion for Wine and the Clare Valley shine through, and he makes every taster at the table feel welcome and at home. There are no silly questions at Leigh’s School of Wine. It’s like having a chat with an old mate. Learn the flavour profiles of your pallet, how to taste wines and decipher the differences between varieties. This class runs for approximately an hour.
