Oceanview Eco Villas are excited to host our Winter Event, Fire and Ferment with the fabulous Mandy Hall, Queen of Ferment and the talented, Dylan and Yolandi Pitallo preparing a Winter feast showcasing local authentic Kangaroo Island produce, and the opportunity to observe and interact with the Chefs as they prepare the food fireside, with open bonfire. Hear first hand from Mandy with a Miso Demonstration, and focus on sustainability and zero waste with food production. Live music from Rhys Coventry, and bonfire on a clifftop, watching the sun go down, with licenced bar, in the exclusive private homestead at Oceanview Eco Villas, Kangaroo Island. Prepare for an intimate afternoon, enjoying fabulous food and wine, in a stunning Island location with the signature Oceanview hospitality, with your hosts, Tim and Tamsin Wendt.
