Join Karrawatta for an extraordinary and intimate vertical chardonnay tasting!
Featuring five rare museum, current and yet-to-be-released Anth’s Garden Chardonnay’s, perfectly paired with a meticulously curated five-course lunch by Duncan Welgemoed and the team at Africola.
The Menu:
On arrival
2019 Popsie Sparkling Blanc de Blancs on arrival
First course
‘Fruits de mer’ – Coffin bay oysters, Spencer Gulf prawns, Fraser Island crab, cultured butter and radish
Paired with 2017 Anth’s Garden Chardonnay
Second course
Goats cheese salad, preserved fig and walnuts
Paired with 2018 Anth’s Garden Chardonnay
Third course
Cured sardine, pear and celeriac remoulade
Paired with 2019 Anth’s Garden Chardonnay
Fourth course
Roasted foie gras, chives and balsamic
Paired with 2020 Anth’s Garden Chardonnay – yet to be released!
Fith course
Pork, prune and pistachio pithivier, sauce poivre
Paired with 2021 Anth’s Garden Grand Vin Chardonnay

Entry Cost
Adult $480 - Single ticket is $480 and includes five course lunch with matched wines PLUS a take home six pack of Chardonnay (RRP $376)
Double ticket is $680 includes five course lunch with matched wines for two PLUS a take home six pack of Chardonnay (RRP $376)
