Do you love face masks? Bath bombs? Spa treatments? Self care is all the rage, and we want to get in on the action while celebrating body neutrality! You don’t have to love, or even like, your body, to accept and care for it. Learn to mix colourful spa potions and discover how to paint your feelings with non-toxic, kiddo-friendly ingredients. The focus will be on functionality over appearance and leaning heavily into self-compassion, while painting yourselves and each other with brightly coloured health goo. For ages 5+
