About the Barossa Arts Festival The Barossa Arts Festival is a biennial event celebrating colour, creativity and culture. It brings together the best artists from across South Australia for a month long festival of interactive workshops, classes, music and art events. About Sabine Deisen Sabine Deisen is a self-taught artist and winemaker whose creative journey has been deeply intertwined with the realms of fine art, fine craft, and the breathtaking beauty of the natural world. For the majority of her life, she has called the picturesque Barossa Valley home, where she resides on a stunning vineyard. Her career reflects a diverse and rich tapestry driven by an enduring passion for aesthetics and nature.Furthering her artistic skills, she explored ceramics and glaze technology at Underdale SA. Simultaneously, Sabine dedicated two decades to her true passion – art. Proficient in various mediums, she explored the realms of painting drawing, and even ventured into sculpture, showcasing a versatility that underscores her artistic prowess. Sabine's artistic odyssey has been celebrated nationally and internationally, with exhibitions spanning across Australia and reaching her hometown of Bremen, Germany.
