Wearable costume art must be able to adorn the human body whilst the chocolate wonders reflect the chocolate inspiration of the costume, which must be expressed in this exhibition. Explore the entries in shop windows throughout Latrobe from 7-15 August and vote for your favourite. One voter will a $100 Anvers Chocolate Hamper.
