Dinner with Emily Sanzaro - A feast for all the senses, this exclusive dinner will feature a performance by Tasmanian harpist Emily Sanzaro in the heart of Stillwater’s dining room. Guests will be treated to a three-course menu that champions the bounty of local winter produce, complemented by a glass of Tasmanian wine on arrival. Wednesday 14 August.
