Join Paulette and Stillwater co-owner Bianca Welsh in an intimate conversation about cultivating and harvesting food plants, over a delicious three-course meal prepared with seasonal local produce by chef Craig Will. Paulette’s debut book shares the history and culture of more than 55 vegetables, fruits and herbs, sharing her own experiences, horticultural know-how, kitchen wisdom and favourite seasonal recipes.
