About

“An extraordinary afternoon in a perfect setting, filled with a world class degustation and perfectly matched wines - a wonderful catalyst for guests to engage with each other! …..We cannot thank you enough for this amazing experience.” “What an absolute triumph!" Following the huge success of last year’s event the owners of Table House invite you once again to a long-table, degustation lunch with paired wines. It forms part of the Permission to Trespass series of events around Wynyard, Tasmania. Joseph Bugg, arguably the most popular chef in north-west Tasmania until he changed careers, was lured back for last year’s event and has agreed to return for an encore. Tasmanian wines will be served again by internationally qualified sommelier, Devon Cruickshank. Devon has worked in vineyards overseas and in Tasmania. Her knowledge of wines and how they are made is exemplary. Table House, a unique private villa, sits majestically on a clifftop with sweeping views of beautiful farmlands and Bass Strait. Whether there be sparkling seas or wild winter storms, the views from this dining room never disappoint. Come and enjoy a long, lazy Sunday afternoon. But get in early. There’s sure to be a bunch of return guests and locals keen to savour Joseph’s epicurean delights once again and numbers are strictly limited to 30 guests. Entry Cost All tickets $250 - Price is fully inclusive of food and wine - Adults over 18 only.
