Apollo Bay Day Retreat

Take some time out for yourself to breathe, relax, rest, inspire, and nurture yourself in the deeply grounding and peaceful setting of Beacon Point Ocean View Villas just outside of Apollo Bay. There will be plenty of time to explore, move, breathe, play, connect, and share. You will spend the day exploring Yoga asana, somatic movement practices, Meditation, Pranayama, sharing, and contemplation in a beautiful bush setting overlooking the ocean. The retreat is open to all ages and levels. Please bring a mat and a journal. Entry Cost All tickets $290 - $290 plus booking fee (includes a healthy, plant based and gluten free lunch). All sales are final. Refunds only given if your place can be filled and if cancellation is made at least four weeks prior to the event. A $30 cancellation fee will apply to all refunds.
