It is rare that a festival brings such a diverse, eclectic blend of events that can be described as racy, hilarious, moving, cheeky, fun, brazen and bold. This is South Side Festival. And it’s going to shake things up a little. After an epic debut in 2022 South Side Festival will return to Frankston in 2023 with more unique, daring, colourful and fun performances and events which will surprise, delight and entertain everyone with an open mind and curious heart.
