Included in build-your-own croquembouche cooking class at Jacican is a apron to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet.
Jacican supplies everything that you will need to make your own croquembouche. You will just need to wear closed-toe shoes as we may be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
