Learn the secrets of making choux pastry, spin sugar as a garnish, build a croquembouche from the base up and decorate with fresh flowers from the Jacican kitchen garden. The build-your-own croquembouche cooking class is hands-on. You will make all the components of the croquembouche from scratch, then take your croquembouche home to share. This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that choux pastry and building a croquembouche is not as hard as you think. Included in build-your-own croquembouche cooking class at Jacican is a apron to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet.  Jacican supplies everything that you will need to make your own croquembouche. You will just need to wear closed-toe shoes as we may be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
