Make your own box of lollies cooking class

Learn recipes and take-home tips to make your own box of lollies. A hands-on class, you’ll leave with your own musk stick, lolly-pops and gums. Make either your own choice of alcoholic gums or fruit pastilles from real juice Sift, mix and pipe your own musk sticks Design and make your own lolly-pops in all the colours. Everything you make can be taken home to share (or not) The lolly cooking class is hands-on. Together, you will make all the lollies from scratch, then wrap and package them to take home to share with me there to help you along the way. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that making fresh lollies is not as hard as you think. I will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your new lolly-making skills. An apron to use during the class is supplied, along with a take-home recipe booklet is included in the class. This class will take up to six guests, with the price per guest.
