You will create a three-course vegan meal together using your harvested bounty, the Jacican pantry and produce directly from Gippsland farmers. Learn what is in season in Gippsland and how to cook it. Make your own pasta, fermented dishes and seasonal desserts all without animal products.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques.
Included is a three-course vegan lunch and drinks including Gippsland wine and beverages. An apron and gardening gloves to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet. Almond and soy milk are always available along with caffeine-free hot beverages.
You do not need to bring anything. Jacican supplies everything you will need to pick, cook and share a three-course lunch. They just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, as you will be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
