Approximately 35 vehicles from this era will be showcased, each with its own story to tell. Among them, the DeLorean DMC-12, immortalised as the time machine in "Back to the Future," stands as a cultural icon. Designed by automotive engineer John DeLorean, the rear-engine sports car featured distinctive gull-wing doors and a stainless-steel body, giving it a futuristic and eye-catching appearance. The 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera, a vintage superstar, epitomises sleek design and powerful performance with its flat-six engine and rear-wheel drive. These are just glimpses of the treasures awaiting visitors at the Gippsland Vehicle Collection.
