Each dish will spotlight the Great Southern region’s freshest and most sustainable produce, a testament to the collaboration with Moojepin Foods, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience that champions local, seasonal ingredients. Complementing this epicurean feast is the beautiful natural treasure of Western Australia, Albany’s own Akoya Oysters. Indulge in a seamless flow of locally sourced wines, beers, and artisanal gins from the region’s top producers, all included in your dining experience. But the journey doesn’t begin at the table—be greeted with a delightful array of canapes and drinks upon arrival. Then, step into an exclusive guided tour of the magnificent Riverdale Farm gardens, led by the owners Helen and Jim Leighton, alongside Western Australia’s master gardener, the renowned ABC Radio gardening expert, Sabrina Hahn.
