Are anxiety or depression making it hard to feel at home in your own body? This 8-week course offers a gentle, trauma-aware approach to yoga that puts your nervous system first, no prior experience needed, no pressure, just an invitation for self-exploration. Grounded in four core principles — present-moment awareness, choice-making, effective action, and rhythm, each session weaves together movement (asana), breath (pranayama), and yogic philosophy in a small, supportive group of 10–15 people. ??
