Most of us are moving through life from the neck up.
Thinking, pushing, holding it all together.
This is your space to soften that.
Soul Flow Movement is a gentle, guided class designed to help you:

Regulate your nervous system

Move energy through your body

Release tension you didn’t even realise you were carrying

And reconnect with yourself… without forcing anything
We begin with gentle breathing to settle your system,
move into flowing Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi to awaken and circulate energy,
followed by a short chakra-based sequence,
and finish with meditation to allow everything to integrate.
No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to “get it right.”
Just simple, intentional movement…
and space to feel the shift.
